After the trial week

The trial week ends with a conversation, not an email. Before you leave, we sit down and I tell you where things stand. If it's an offer, here's what that looks like.

Employment

Formal full-time employment through our Indian company, Holiday Deals Private Limited, incorporated in 2013 — the same company that has run our operations office in Nagpur. Proper offer letter, payroll, and statutory benefits. If your situation calls for a different arrangement, we can discuss it.

Starting

As soon as you can arrange it after the week. If you're serving notice, you trigger it once you accept; if you're free, you start when you're ready. We move at your speed, not a corporate onboarding calendar.

Where you work

Onsite in Bengaluru until at least the end of the year — we're building the core group in one room. Flexibility gets earned once the team and systems exist.

What you own

You won't be working a ticket queue. Each member of the founding team owns a named system — attribution and measurement, the conversion optimizer, the CRM and booking platform, or product work on the software side. The project you build during your trial week is the natural starting point for what you take to production.

Compensation

Discussed individually, anchored to what you tell us your expectations are — we ask early precisely so there are no surprises later, and we don't lowball people we're excited about hiring.

Everything else

Specifics — benefits, equipment, your exact scope — are part of the in-person conversation at the end of your week. You'll leave Bengaluru knowing exactly where you stand.
